Abstract

Uterocutaneous fistula is a rare complication of uterine surgery that may be treated either by hysterectomy or excision of fistulous tract successfully. A case of a multigravida is presented who developed uterocutaneous fistula after repeated caesarean sections. She was dignosed clinically and was treated successfully by hysterectomy.
